Yes, this is a subscription membership. Your account will be charged yearly on the same day next year. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least three days before your renewal.
We add new content on the first of each month and then each week. This will help us stay focused and engaged and not try to add too many things at once. Steph will send you a short and sweet email to touch base and let you know what's happening in NOURISH that week. You can't get behind. It's important to go at your own pace and add new things whenever you're ready.
Yes! I am a busy person just like you! I designed the NOURISH membership for you, for us to be doable. The holistic health practices can be incorporated into your schedule slowly and most take ten minutes or less. Some of the cooking videos are a bit longer, but you can easily watch while cooking, on a walk, or folding laundry:)
NOURISH membership is based on four pillars: NOURISHing your body with delicious food, calming your MIND with stress reducing chill time, caring for your BODY with holistic health practices, and caring for your FAMILY with ease and connection. You'll be inspired to make simple changes in your diet, and maybe even try cooking a few new recipes when you see how easy it is. Food the doorway to feeling better, but you don't have to cook to reap the benefits of what NOURISH has to offer you.
Most of the recipes you'll find here at NOURISH are super healthy, whole foods with few allergens. The family dinner menus are a bit more relaxed and will sometimes includes dairy, gluten and dessert! The RADIANCE recipes we'll share each month are designed to heal your body, gluten/sugar/dairy free, and mostly vegetarian.
