Yes, your account will be charged monthly on the same day each month that you signed up originally. If you wish to cancel, please do so at least three days before your renewal.

How often is content released? Will I get behind?
We add new content each week to help us stay focused and engaged. Steph will send an email to touch base and let you know what's new in NOURISH that week. You can't get behind, go at your own pace, NOURISH is there for you whenever you're ready.
Do I have time for this?
Yes! I am a busy person just like you! I designed the NOURISH membership for you, for us! The holistic health practices can be incorporated into your schedule slowly and most take ten minutes or less. Some of the videos are a bit longer, but you can easily watch while cooking, on a walk, or folding laundry:)
What if I don't cook?
NOURISH membership is based on four pillars: NOURISHing your body with delicious food, calming your MIND with stress reducing chill time, caring for your BODY with holistic health practices, and caring for your FAMILY with ease and connection. You'll be inspired to try new foods, and maybe even cook a few simple recipes. Food is a great doorway to feeling better, but you don't have to cook to reap all the benefits and rewards of what you'll learn here.
What if I have food sensitivities?
Most of the recipes you'll find here at NOURISH are super healthy, whole foods. The family dinner menus are a bit more relaxed and will sometimes include dairy, gluten and dessert! The RADIANCE recipes I'll share each month are designed to heal your body, gluten/sugar/dairy free, and mostly vegetarian.
