My passion is to inspire and guide women to identify and achieve their health and life goals and increased energy through anxiety/stress management and eating for wellness. I teach meditation, moving meditation, cooking, eating, Ayurveda (in a toolbox kind of way) and empowering women (often moms) to help them live their best lives. I graduated from the Kripalu school of Ayurveda (Stockbridge, Mass.) and have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas. I currently teach online programs and lead world wide retreats, to help find balance, nourish your body and create deeper connection in your life while doing it all for your family. I've raised three beautiful children, who are out of the house now, with my husband of more than 30 years! I love being outdoors, cooking with my family and am a forever learner, always reading and continuing my education. I'd like to learn how to play the guitar that's been sitting in my closet. My goal is to help you enjoy life to the fullest, share radiance living practices and guide you to shine from the inside out. I've enjoyed practicing yoga and meditation since my 20s, and had teacher training with my mentor Bhavani Maki. I grew up in Kansas City working at my Dads restaurant and then enjoyed more than 20 years running my own catering business, before making a decision to switch my focus to health in all areas, which is when I landed in Ayurveda school. Realizing the toll stress can take on your body, I've found Ayurveda answers many questions to living a balanced life. With education, experience in food, exercise and family I'm able to help you connect with mind, body and spirit in a modern simple way. I'll help you navigate how to feed yourself and your family with ease, plus holistic health wellness practices to regulate your nervous system, do life with more ease and enjoy it all without losing yourself.
